How to Use:

• Pola Day 22% – Once daily for 30 minutes.

1. Apply a small drop of gel in each section of the tray for the teeth undergoing treatment.
2. Insert the tray with the gel over the teeth.
3. Wipe off any excess gel in the mouth using a tissue or a soft, dry brush.
4. After treatment, remove the tray and rinse both the tray and mouth with lukewarm water.
5. Brush your teeth after use.
